I started recording my packed lunches offline but now I'm blogging them. Here are some of my previous cooking efforts:

Empanadas

When I was seven my homework was to make a food from South America so I went and looked up sweetcorn empanadas on the BBC website, I printed a recipe off and made it for Miss Winters (my teacher) to try. They were so successful that two years later I made them for our packed lunch except I cheated and bought the pastry. Next time I will make my own pastry again because the bought version went a bit soggy!
