Falafel


Falafels are fried, savoury balls made mainly from chickpeas. Once you’ve made the mixture you make balls and roll them in a spicy flour mix then deep fry.



This is the front cover of the recipe book I used.


The recipe had so many ingredients that I accidentally missed out the lime juice so I made a limey dip to go with it.
