My cooking history

Hello I'm Josephine, I'm 9 and I've always enjoyed cooking. Here is a picture of me helping my Mummy make a pie when I was only two.

The first time I cooked something by myself though was when I was six. I made spicy biscuits, they included cinnamon and golden syrup. They were excellent to make at Christmas when I used these cutters.

This year I entered a cake competition at our local feast; the theme was fairy cakes so I made these.

But the judge wrote a note saying 'very good display but unfortunately not fairy cakes.' I was very annoyed because I'm sure they were!  Anyway they were delicious (but I won't enter again)!

As you may already know this blog is supposed to be about my packed lunch so I'll start with that in my next post.
